Amnesty is amnesty. No matter how many years or conditions separate the act of breaking the law and the condition of being "legal" or absolved of the crime, that's amnesty and I oppose it. Mr. President, you say you oppose amnesty, but your plan to deal with the illegals currently in our country says something different. The law is the law. Enforce it or change it, but don't pander to political presure. You have less than 1,000 days remaining in your last political office, so if nothing else, do the right thing.
