It's not about race
I here so many people say that they are voting for Obama because of Change. I ask "What Change" and they typically say something like 'the Government'. When pressed they start to accuse me of not voting for Obama because he is black.
?!What?!
No. I have stated over and over again, even when the nomination was stolen from Hillary that it's about Socialism vs. Capitalism (IMHO) and it is never about anything more than that.
This is not an election to confirm that we have put the sins of slavery and race behind us. Race should not matter to us anymore (although people keep bringing it up!) It should be about qualifications, about ideas, about what can be done with our country, about returning to rugged individualism. I long for a leader like Reagan who challenged us (Americans) to be better. Or JFK who challenged us to be better. Not a leader who challenges us by looking at the polls, or by fear mongering.

Capitalism... Let it ride.
I am incensed. Why is the government continuing to use my money to bail out organizations that were mismanaged? What gives them the right?
Freddie Mac -- FAIL!
Fanny Mae -- FAIL!
AIG -- FAIL!
Lehman Brothers -- FAIL!
Let them Fail. Really.
Mother Finance has decided to come around and smack them upside their head because those in charge were either too greedy or too stupid to realize what they were doing was wrong. So let capitalism work. Let them fail. There is no reason for the government to get involved... that's how things get screwed up. People will loose their jobs... great! Time for a refresh! They will take their talent and if they are good they will easily get another job. People may loose money they have invested. Sorry... you should have been paying more attention ahead of time... and have diversified your portfolio.
That which does not kill us makes us stronger. But if we put a band aid over it it just weakens others. Somebody else will come in and do it better. So what if these are 'old' corporations. Capitalism is about change. Time for a refresh.
